January Feature - Geometry

HAPPY New Year Everyone!! I am so happy to be back for another year and hopefully we will do this 11 more times and keep it going. !!

First things first: Resolutions.
If you made one what was it? How are you doing with it so far?
I personally decided to do a good deed a day for the entire year.
So far so good. At first, I was looking for ways to fullfil it - as time has gone on I feel like I've just opened up and am giving myself more opportunity to do general good to those around me.

December Feature - Seasons

I'm so excited for this feature, it's one I've been waiting to do for a long while. What is special about seasons to me is that they are so Universal. Every single one of us has some connection or memory that is specific to any certain one and it's something beautiful that we get to share. Because of the universal aspect of the theme - it allows for universal artist translation. I am so happy to see one of the most versatile group of mediums among this months submissions that I have had since I started this project earlier this year.

October Feature - Villains

Hey Y'all It's Fall!

For those of you that watch me and those of you that have known me a long while - Welcome back - you know the drill. For those of you that are new viewers possibly because you have been featured or because someone you know was featured and shared this! Here is how my features work.

If you are visiting or ESPECIALLY if you are featured. I encourage you to find at least 3 pieces from this diverse feature and show them some appreciation. Some comments/likes/watches. [ Especially those under 100 views ] I also encourage you to Share this journal if you have been featured and comment with the :Thumbs: of the artist you have enjoyed the most! Those that participate properly will be most likely featured again in the future. Pay it forward.

I believe networking and community is the key to a successful artist. Talent only takes us so far and self exposure is the name of the game. This is how we grow, this is how we gain a following and THIS is why I do my features.Almost everything here is user submitted. I found a few things here and there - but for the most part current active dA artist have submitted these works. You will not find 10 year old, 4 million view, DD's here - this is about exposure for Artists trying to break through and be noticed.

Chapter 1: PrologueChapter 1-Prologue
Away from civilization, only the dense forests filled with multiple types of trees camouflaged those seeking shelter from the battle. Those poor souls gave all they could to stop the horrific battle raging on, but they failed. These soldiers of different species died trying to save the one thing they both had in common. The will to live and the survival of their own race. Demons versus Archangels—one of the worst battles to even be invoked. Worse than a human created war.
Bodies lay across the crimson dyed grass. There was hardly a single soul moving, living would be more of the word. Only two people remained among the living, one angel and one demon. Both exhausted their limits, deep breaths emitted from them both. They were positioned about ten feet from each other, separated by the lifeless soldiers of Angels and Demons. Sweat poured down their face, mixing the clear substance with a red streak that also was present. Cuts scarred their skin, creating battle <da:thumb id="631612949"/>
